Terms:
- Amount — from 30,000 RUB (or equivalent in cryptocurrency)
- The exchange rate is locked at the moment of order creation — you know the final amount before you pay
- Payout — one transfer to your card (no splitting into multiple payments)
- Payout time — from 5 to 100 minutes after receiving the funds
- Priority order processing
Why is this needed?
Normally, banks and payment systems may split large amounts into several transfers — this causes inconvenience, delays, and extra questions. In VIP mode, we do our best to ensure you receive the full amount at once, in a single payment, at the rate you saw when placing the order.
How to join:
- Place an order on the website for an amount starting from 30,000 RUB.
- Immediately after creating the order, contact support (online chat or Telegram): “VIP, order #…”
- The operator will confirm the terms, and your exchange will be processed with priority, including rate lock and a guarantee of a single payout.
Important: VIP exchange is available during business hours (10:00 AM – 8:00 PM MSK). In rare cases (due to bank technical limitations), a second transfer may be required — but we will warn you in advance.
