UnionXbit operates from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM Moscow time. But what if you create an order in the evening or at night? Will it disappear? No.
Here is how we process orders created outside of working hours.
Your order is not lost. When you create an order after 8:00 PM, it automatically goes into a queue. No data is lost.
It is processed first in the morning. The next day, starting at 10:00 AM, we begin processing orders that arrived after closing. They go ahead of the queue.
No extra waiting time. If you create an order at 9:00 PM, it will be processed first thing in the morning. You do not wait longer than if you had created it at 9:55 AM.
Support is not available at night. Outside of working hours, operators do not reply via online chat or email. However, all messages left after 8:00 PM will be read and processed in the morning.
Why do we work this way?
Every order at UnionXbit is handled by a live operator. This allows us to:
- avoid automatic errors
- resolve non-standard situations immediately
- manually check transactions for AML when needed
We consciously choose not to switch to 24/7 mode because quality of service is more important to us than speed. However, we have ensured that evening orders are not lost and do not experience unnecessary delays.
What if your order is urgent?
If you need your payout as quickly as possible, try to create orders during working hours — from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM Moscow time. Operators work at full capacity during these hours.
