Behind every exchange service, there are people. We decided to share how UnionXbit came to be, why we got into this business, and what keeps us going.
Why did we decide to launch our own exchange?
It all started with personal experience. In 2025, like many others, we faced a problem: finding an exchange that doesn’t inflate rates, doesn’t hide fees, and offers real human support (not a bot) turned out to be difficult. Either it was expensive, slow, or simply unclear who you were sending money to.
We thought, “Why not build it ourselves?” And so, in December 2025, UnionXbit was born.
What were the first steps?
At first, we worked manually — exchanging crypto via chat, without a website. This helped us understand real customer needs: which coins were requested most often, what amounts, what problems they faced. In parallel, we were setting up the website, connecting payment systems, and looking for reliable liquidity partners.
The first few weeks were nerve-wracking: what if it doesn’t take off? But then the first orders came in, followed by more, and then even more. Some people found us through forums, others through word of mouth.
Where are we now?
- Over 900 exchange directions.
- Payouts to cards, SBP, QR codes, and cash (Russia and Thailand).
- We work with KZT, CNY, TRY and THB.
- Launched VIP exchange with rate lock and single-transaction payouts.
Why do we keep going?
We genuinely enjoy helping people. When a client writes “thank you, that was fast” or recommends us to friends — it’s better than any advertisement.
